Welcome to day 1 of the EMBARK complete yoga for beginners program. We're so happy you're practicing with us today at Breathe and Flow yoga. This is a 30 minute yoga class focusing on upper body strength. The class is split into yoga asana to get the body moving, pranayama (breathing exercises) and a final guided meditation and relaxation in savasana. Enjoy this practice today, be patient, and have fun!

Stop scrolling! You found it-they aren't kidding or boasting... Bre and Flo are the real deal and by far my favourite teachers of....yoga, lifestyle, meditation, c.a.r.s, mobility, etc...I've learned so much. This embark program helped introduce me into the world of yoga and natural health and wellness. Just try it, you might like it, or not, either way you won't know until you try. Also, don't give up, it takes time with new things, be kind and patient with yourself. The fact that you are here reading this is the first step, thank yourself for that! ✌️

Dear new friends. I'm a cancer surgeon (38yrs old) from Amsterdam. Tried embarking on yoga a few times but never did it twice in a row, didn't feel it, so never lingered. Today, for the first time, after this, I felt it. Thank you. this might be the beginning of a very important journey indeed. Keep it up, namaste!

i started yoga 4 days ago and been browsing youtube for vids, i found the one of your fella where he explains his injury and the 3 poses he did to help the sciatica so i watched it all. when he mentioned he used to skateboard i instantly related because i used to skateboard for 12 years doing similar things jumping down stairs ect but fortunately never had an accident. when i was 21 ( now nearly 36) i woke up and couldnt walk and was in agony, long story short ive had 3 lower back operations since 2009 and alot of horrendous periods of pain. anyone whos needed surgery due to chronic back injuries from bulging, herniated or burst disks will know the pain is awful. ive tried for years to do exercise, swimming, walking, hiking, cycling and pilates but no matter what i do i will never be free of my injury due to complications. i decided to try yoga and i am enjoying it. ive discovered how truelly broken my body is as i cant even sit crossed legged for 30 seconds without my thighs hurting so i bought the blocks which does help, i can barely bend and do these poses with grace like most people can, my muscles are so tight but im going to continue this journey as i really want to feel more flexible and i will seek out a local yoga teacher for weekly classes. ive watched 3 of your videos, subbed and will continue to follow you :)

This is my first step into yoga. I was unsure of what to expect after this session. I must say that I found it more of a challenge than I expected it to be, however by the end of the 30mins I felt joyful, relaxed and balanced.
Thank you so much for sharing, I look forward to experiencing session 2 tomorrow.

Thank you very much. I am 56 years old and know very little if anything about yoga. This is exactly what I was looking for. I will watch Day 0 and 1 again, and do Day 1 this evening. I will then watch Day 2 and do it tomorrow. Sincerely Namaste. <3

Even though I've never been a very fit guy, I've been getting even more out of shape throughout the pandemic. I found your channel yesterday when I decided that it was time to do something before my belly gets any bigger, my knees hurt any more and my lower back aches any worse. This video was perfect! I've done some yoga in my past (five years ago and beyond-very off an on) and I've always enjoyed it, but always hated having to pack things up to go to a class, feel all sweaty and make my way home. This class was the exact amount of challenging for me in my current shape and I'm really excited for what tomorrow brings. I don't know how you do it, but your positive energy really radiates through the video. Thank you!

I've been practicing meditation for about a year now and always focused on self improvement. I've been training MMA since I was 12, I'm 24, my body feels alot less rigid after following this video and it also enhances my mediation, I believe this is the correct way to connect the mind and body together. I will continue the program. You guys are amazing
