This 30-minute practice focuses on relieving tension in the upper body.The neck, shoulders and upper back tend to be places in the physical body where we hold onto a lot of stress. The stretches in this yoga sequence will help you feel more ease and spaciousness in your body and mind. It is a fully accessible practice, suitable for absolute beginners, right through to the advanced practitioner.
No props are needed for this class.

Sometimes I wonder if a 30-minute stretch is really worth it, but when I follow along, I realise that the entirety of the video and the long holds of all the stretches is exactly what works magic. Thank you so much! I was very sore from lifting weights yesterday and this video worked like a miracle. My body feels AMAZING! Thanks again :)

I've been away from yoga for about 15 years so wanted something gentle to bring me back. I found it! Slow, deep, conscious. And the very quiet music in the background is lovely. Enjoy many different videos with you as my body readjusts.

Thank you for this! Being disabled—I had my leg amputated three years ago—and having to move differently than I used to, using different muscles to move, my back and shoulders are always tight and painful. After following you through this practice for the first time, my back already feels looser and less painful.

Loved this class for my shoulders, feel like a new person physically and feel so calm mentally. What a beautiful flow. I loved the last stretch so much, I am naturally flexible and could perform it with binding my hands behind and one feet on the mat/. It literally opened up all the back and shoulder muscles. I love your channel and keep coming back at it. I am grateful for you Jessica and your smile is contagious❣
