In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a 20 minute, intermediate full body training workout using dumbbells for resistance.

Dumbbells are one of our favorite ways to get a good resistance workout in. You don't have to use heavy dumbbells to build strength, you can also substitute using water bottles for this workout if you don't have dumbbells. Adding just a few extra pounds to your movements will increase the work that your body is doing and energize and engage your muscles.

This is an intermediate level routine which incorporates your full body. Make sure you are comfortable with standing whilst using dumbbells before you begin. Also make sure you aren't doing any movements that cause you pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need and have a great workout!

These workouts are absolutely wonderful. Mentally and physically healing. And it is funny how you know exactly when to say, "breathe", "core tight", or "if you need to balance" because that timing is perfect. I do not know what I would do without these workouts. Thank you.

Great workout for my morning workout session to start the day. Kudos to you and myself for able to complete the session with a smile. I'm using a 2kg dumbbells which suits me fine. Its interesting to follow you with some new movements, " a change of menu " I should say. Once again TQVM for the session. Will lookout for other sessions...Have a nice and energetic day...
