Thank you for this video. Although not a senior, I have a mobility disability (partial standing/walking ability but terrible balance) and I really struggle with finding doable stretches for my quads as they’re the tightest of my muscles from sitting all the time. Most suggestions for stretching quads are really hard for me to do solo. The seated quad stretch in your video was the most relief I have felt for over a year!

I spent the last several weeks packing up, moving most of our stuff, doing an absurd amount of cleaning, getting paint carpet and repairs done and staging our house, so I haven't been able to work out, except in the sense that most days involve 20-50 times going up and down the stairs, carrying things and scrubbing. They just shot the house photos Fridays and we've got a couple of days before we list. There is no way I could have done all of the work I've done over the past weeks without having worked out with you over the last year. Thanks for helping me to have the energy and strength to get all of this done! And thanks for this video because I am sore all over.
