Thank you for this. I am very VERY stiff. It's to the point that I worry I'll get an injury doing daily activities. Other stretching exercises are too much for me. This one was definitely a challenge, but I could still do it without feeling like I was going to tear a muscle. I'm going to start doing this daily and see how it goes!

Thank you so much for doing this find of workout! I always and will always love your exercise! I have been pushing myself for 2-3 days now to exercise cuz i keep skipping it and to day i still dont feel like it and feel so bad. So I try to comfort myself with your exercise and i just found out that my whole body is so sore! Its hurt everywhere no wonder why i dont feel like exercise cuz i pushed it too much! Anyways thank you so much for making this and the other workout. Love it so bad and you make my day feel good :)
