I have a medical condition that leaves me with INCREDIBLY weak joints, and while I used to go to the physical therapist, I simply can't afford to go to PT 3 times a week for the rest of my life. But, oh Cassey, your videos have helped me more than the PT ever did! The pilates strengthens my muscles around my joints, isn't too harsh on the body like so many other peoples' workout videos, and you're so positive to boot! You're such an inspiration to me, every single day. <3

I'm starting high school in two days and Cassey has been really motivating me latelty. I'm super stressed about starting and I want to be more confident in myself and I always feel better after doing a workout with Cassey! The thing Cassey says about communication is so true. About a year ago I had horrible anxiety and my mother couldn't understand why I was acting the way I was. Our relationship went backward because of it. Then one day I sat her down and explained everything. That I didn't know why I got anxiety attacks. That it's not something I could make up and that it's not something I want in my life. After that she booked me an appointment with a therapist and it helped both of us to understand my condition. A year later my life is so much better and I almost never get attacks anymore.

Sometimes I forget that this channel is called blogilates for a reason. It’s so good to hear positive and truthful advice! Like, the fact that we were doing these basic and repetitive exercises allowed me to listen to the tips better. I couldn’t even think about how much my butt begged for mercy with all the great input from you, Cassey. Thank you so much! :D

Phew! This one was soo tough. I had to go to my forearms at the end, my wrists were so sore. You did an amazing job talking AND exercising. I just huff and puff ha ha.

Can you PLEASE always say switch when it's time to switch what we're working out! I don't know how many times I've kept going for one minute on one leg and then had to do a full minute on the other as well. Other than that, please make more of these videos, love them!

Finally, after about a month, I am able to do this workout without breaks and feeling it more in my glutes than in my arms and shoulders. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but if you don’t have enough upper body strength (like I used to - I still am not as strong as Cassie is, obvs) being in that same position for so long whilst exercising can be really tiring, and it might not be as effective because you’re feeling it in places where you shouldn’t be. Thank you so much Cassie for making me so much stronger and fitter, though I still have a long way to go!

I Just graduated from university and I've been going through a lot of personal growth in the last two years. I am realizing that I held myself back so much with negative thought patterns (fear of failing, not being good enough, etc.), and I also had a lot of friends held me back too. Now, I have starting ending friendships that don't bring positivity into my life and I have started applying for jobs that I always convinced myself I would never qualify for. I feel like I tore everything away that was familiar and I am finally building a life I want. It all started with fitness, too. I have been lifting more weights, and working out to your videos and it's really changing my life for the better. And while it seems that things are not happening as quickly as I would like, things are slowly coming together!
