Loved this! I used 5 pound ankle weights to make it more advanced and it BURNED. Can’t wait to do more of these 😊

Thank u so much! It's really good workout before going to work! I am really busy clinici working mom so trying to make time 10 or 15 min each day or each 10-15 min workout morning and afternoon or night time. Love to short working out time for me-.really appreciate it

I haven't been loyal to this workout lol Sometimes when I want a change I work out to "square to round butt" by popo and "12min boots sculpting pilates" by move with nicole. As you can see I took some breaks but I am definitely seeing improvement! My hip dips appear less visible and my butt is rounder. I will continue doing this 💪🍑

I still keep working out, just not with this video cause I got bored. My butt is obviously still not a perfect peach but I have gotten a few positive comments on my progress :) Just stay consistent, work out at least 3 times a week and you will see effects.

Anyone know why the belly down exercises make it burn in my lower back? Kind of scared of hurting myself lol but this is suuuch a great workout!! I am looking forward to seeing the change, thank for such an amazing video!! All the love to you 💜
