I was scrolling by...heard knee friendly and with this Sciatica in my right buttocks down my leg said PERFECT. Did 3 sets of 10 will be adding to my work out and my glutes & legs feel...STRETCHED Not Achy n numb THANKS QUEEN 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We do this exercise in a PiYo class I take. When I tell you my hams are burning at the end. It’s a good pain because I know I’m working that muscle that I’ve been neglecting. I like this variation because it’s less stress on the knees.
