Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Been doing your workouts for a year now. I am a long distance runner in summer and early fall and my times have improved so much the last year. Lilly your booty, core, and lower body workouts have helped me become a better runner in the last year. I am looking forward of doing more of you workouts in the winter months. Guys let me tell you I’ve been doing this workout with another video of hers consistently for like 3 weeks and I’ve noticed changes on my butt even my friends have made comments about how my butt got bigger. ( I do these workouts every other days)
