Love the short-format video. So many youtubers waste up to 3 mins at the beginning of a video just talking about stuff that isn't the point of the video. This is a relief !

Fantastic. As you've stated, as long as your able to, heavily loading the compounds will have the most carry over to strength and size, especially for the pectoralis, as many peer reviewed studies and research studies have showed that pec muscle size greatly correlates to bench strength.

I've always done barbell exercises only for the whole body with the odd machine here and there but I've decided I'm gonna train my body with only dumbbells with the odd machine. See how I change whilst I'm cutting. Once I get back to a bulk I'll return to barbell training. Here's hoping for some new gains even in a deficit and hopefully find my love of lifting again

Great vid for the last 6 months Ive been doing heavy compound with a fly movement as a super set every week with a more normalised chest workout as the second session and the pump is skin splitting with my chest nearly doubling in size!!! Keep up these fantastic vids bro!!!

These are my tips...SQUEEZE when pressing. Dont just push the weight off your chest, contraction is KEY. Use a weight you can handle. Train upper pecs first. Chest doest need high reps. 8 to 10 is fine. 3 to 4 exercises .RACK YOUR WEIGHTS AND LEAVE YOUR CELLPHONE AT HOME.

I'd be interested in a piece about exercises to develop the clavicular head. It's one of the difficult but effective area to target, and generally requires more specialized lifts than a traditional incline bench.

Would you in general recommend DB Fly´s for people with shoulder issues as you proposed to stretch at maximum? I got the feeling that you should have good developed chest and shoulders in order to go heavy on weights by this exercise - what is your opinion?
