1. Pre-exhaustion set
2. Prioritize upper chest
3. 3 exercises for chest, 3 sets per exercise (give time to rest due to high weight/intensity)
4. Hold squeeze at top of the rep
5. Control e-centric
6. Progressive overload

I've always felt guilty for wanting to rest for more than one minute between reps, you gave me confidence to do it. I will try all of these starting next tuesday

Hey bro, thank you for sharing your advice and your wisdom. I greatly appreciate it, man. Keep up with your fitness/YouTube grind cause you’re absolutely killing it, bro. Is there anyway we could expect a video covering the back anytime soon? And another video covering your diet? Those are the only questions that I have. Thanks again for providing us with your great content, man!

pre-exhaustian sets before compound lifts: improves mind muscle connection like flies or peck deck.
After pre-exhaustion sets, do incline lifts to prioritise upper chest
Do not overtrain your chest. take about 4 minutes of rest between sets.
Pressing movements are more effective than flies.
When doing pressing movements, focus on squeezing and holding that squeeze.
progressive overload, getting a pump won't matter otherwise.
dumbbell press > bench press

I'm currently beginning and trying to transform my body. I have watched a lot of videos but rarely do they feel so informative and welcoming. Thanks bro, I feel like this will help me a lot!

i genuinely flat bench heavy almost daily and i gotta say... i've never felt more of a pump and seen/felt a better contraction than i have today after doing pre exhaustion sets on incline before moving to my heavy compound lifts, before my forearms used to fatigue before my chest but now i once again understand what it means to target the muscle directly, i've also applied the same advice to my biceps and triceps, assuming it'll work for legs as well i wil be sure to apply their as well thanks for the tips bro this guy deserves more subs then the vast majority of fitness influencers on this platform he's real

Never knew anything about the pre exhaustion tip for growing the chest. Definitely going to try it on my next workout!

ive applied all his tips and ive never seen this much progress

what mostly worked for me are :

1. progressive overloading(everytime i add on the weight i lift, i start with 8 reps, then try to make it 9-10 reps a week after, then 10-12 reps week after that, then i will add more weight the next week and start with 8 reps per set again- depends if you want to add 2.5kls or 5kls as long as you focus on the form and tempo)

2. tempo - i make sure to control the eccentric for at least 3-4 seconds and hold the bottom of the squeeze for 1-2 seconds

my next version :

will do the pre-exhaustion sets before hitting the smith machine, and i will focus more on incline bench press
