I keep falling off from going to the gym, doing yoga and making healthier choices in my diet. But hopefully this will kick me on the right track again! Been a while since I’ve done yoga and this was a great start!

just what I needed to get motivated. I love that you called it a ninja hop. When i first started practicing 3 years ago I saw this done properly and wanted t be able to do this. It just looked so fun and cool. Now I think I am doing it but i have never seen myself. peace and thanks. namaste. Now going to hips slow stretch!!
