I appreciate you describing how to think about the workout. I personally prefer talking about what muscles you are supposed to activate, but your descriptions have been helpful in understanding what muscle groups I should be activating anyway.

Bro I was a professional dancer and competitive since childhood, so I’ve always been conditioned for intense activity. Covid hit lost it all I recently did an an workout and holy shit, I couldn’t lean slightly forward afterwards without falling over, and during Russian twists I would just fall, I couldn’t even incline. I’m so disappointed but also shocked at how far I’ve fallen. I use to think I was super human for being able to do what I did but I realize Being conditioned for something is way different then achieving it by working hard. I’m have to make the decision to become superhuman now and it’s hard.
