Did the workout today with my 3 pound weights was breathing hard but crushed it!!! Burned over 250 calories!! You know how to whip us into the best shape possible

Oooh, I “spiced” it a bit more 😂 by taking 3kg dumbbells 😅 (I don’t have lighter ones 😁) and enjoyed the sweat to the fullest 🤩 Great energy, great exercises that cannot make indifferent 🥰 Love starting each week energized like this with you and by your wonderful creations 🌟 Thank you! ❤

GREAT workout routine!!! Love the different moves! I needed a break from heavier weights, so this was perfect and VERY challenging with quick transitions and little rest in between moves. Another excellent workout, KK. Thank you ❤️💪🥵
