▸ 00:00 - 15:05 Round 1: 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 15:05 - 26:00 Round 2: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 26:00 - 30:15 Round 3: 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 30:15 - 33:31 Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

I have been doing this workout for a month now, 6 days a week and let me tell you this doesnt get easy i still feel like dying but you will feel really great after completing this workout.

As a person who cannot do regular floor ab exercises due to being pregnant, I really appreciate this video! Still had to modify a few things but overall loved it. Will definitely be coming back to it.

This ALL STANDING workout could not have come at a better time. I fell off my bike two weeks ago and scraped the palm of my hand (looks like a second degree burn). I cannot do an push ups or anything that requires laying flat on my hand or even hold a dumbbell. This workout was AMAZING... didn't hurt my hand and I am DRENCHED IN SWEAT. THANK YOU!

This was like a 15 for me. Couldn’t complete it first 2 times. Today i did it. If you can get through halfway, you should be proud 💪

Omg, It took so long😂, the first time I tried your exercise, it didn't make me too tired but it really!! It was so fiery, my whole body was sweaty and hot!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This was way too intense! My HR was averaging 160-180 the second half was too tough i had to cheat a bit and replace with easier moves like jumping jacks and rope jump. I did 5 burpees during the last move in place of tuck jumps. Kudos to all who could complete! I need to catch my breath. Still panting after the cool down and dripping lots of sweat🎉
