Love this. You have such great energy. Thanks for your dedication. I have been following for the past sixteen months. For me is great when I cannot leave home or I am traveling and I have to work out in my hotel room. And now is perfect for me after 2 weeks off surgery. Keep up the good. I like the format on this one, good to include warm up and cool down! Would love to see an hour long session with full warm up and cool down included 10 mins on each with 40 minutes of hiit! 💪🏼🙏🏼
