I get that as a girl you won't turn into a bodybuilder the second you touch the weights. At the same time as a 5"1 female whenever I am going through the bulking phase I end up putting on extra fat on top of the muscle which due to my height makes me appear more "bulky" . Do you have any advice for minimising fat gain during the bulking phase ?

People both men and women say they don't want to lift because they'll get too big. If it was that easy we'd all be jacked.
Muscle eats all the time helping you get and keep the body you want.

I feel like my arms are getting to big I don’t want to be too bulky I workout everything and cardio. Should I work on cardio one day and build muscles the next. I’m 6’5 290. I see the gains but it’s like I’m getting bigger instead of getting cut up or tone
