Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

4. Single leg bridge
5. Butt bridge
6. Outer thigh circles (both sides)
7. Outer thigh stretch (both sides)

I did the workout two days ago but i forgot to do on yesterday. So i am leaving this comment as a reminder.
Day 1: Done
Day 2:Done
Day 3: I had a busy day so i couldn't find a time during morning but before sleep i did the workout.
Day 4: I had a busy day again but i did the workout in my first free time. I started to see result! Also i feel stronger anymore cuz i didn't even feel tired or stop during the workout.
Day 5: I can't belive how my stamina improved! I really feel no tiredness and no hardness during the workout.
Day 6: Results are amazing! I mean nobody tells me oh you look thiner but when i see myself on the mirror i can see the changes. This motivates me.
Day 7: I never thought an 8 minutes workout during a week could change my body that much. This girl definitely knows what she is doing. I didn't even workout 1 hour in a week and i can see the changes!

GUYYSSS, for those looking at the comments wondering if this workout works. IT WORKSSS. I've done it for a bit more than a week and my legs look more toned and slim. YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I’ve been doing it for 5 days now!! I already see a difference in my thighs and especially my lower calves!! I’m gonna try this for a full month, I let you guys know how it goes ❤

left inner thigh: 51cm
right inner thigh: 50cm

DAY 1: ✔️
DAY 2: ✔️ ohh god the burn!! but it means it's working!
DAY 3: ✔️

i got my period and my cramps are really bad, so unfortunately i have to stop doing this workout for a few days. i will update as fast as i can!

DAY 4: ✔️ i'm back! i finally feel good enough to continue!

ANOTHER UPDATE: okay so i'm still doing it and my thighs are 48cm and 47cm now! but i' also focusing more on my diet

Start Date- 30th November 2020
Day1- Feeling so good after this my legs are burning and shaking! super motivated!
Day2- Wow so I felt the burn in my legs all day and then later on when i did this wowww i felt the burn, legs are shaking rn!! feeling motivated!!
Day3- I’m sweatinggg, could feel the burn in my legs all the way through, not seeing any changes yet, still motivated!
Day4- Finding it easier!! Not seeing a difference yet tho, still motivated
Day5- Wow my legs burned! Not seeing a difference yet tho, getting a little easier, still motivated!!
Day6- Couldn’t do it yesterday as i was super busy but I found it good, not seeing any results.
Day7- Woww the burn, so I finished a week and haven’t really seen a difference.

I’m going to be doing this for another week! I’ll keep updating.

Day8- Start of week 2, not seeing a difference, felt the burn
Day9- Burning rn, no difference yet.

Doing it for 7 days:

Day 1: difficult to push through so I didn’t do as good as I could have.

Day 2: legs are sore but bearable, pushed harder and managed fine

Day 3: legs are still sore but less today and I pushed through fine.

Day 4: no soreness, did fine I can feel my legs getting use to this now.

Day 5: legs feel a bit stronger rn and still no soreness.

Day 6: slight soreness on the sides but managed fine and I’m ready for day 7 to come.

Day 7: finished with no soreness.

Overall: some difficulty at the beginning of the week but as I kept going it became easier to do. Id recommend this for people to do if they want to help tone and build muscle.

I have online classes with 1 hour and 30 minutes worth of break and my family is calling me obese, even though i am average weight for my age/height so i decided to start exercising so they can stop with the hurtful comments. Wish me luck!!

I will try my best to stay consistent. Starting at 57 Kgs. I have combined this and her belly fat workout of 5 min and stretches after the workout.
15 Jan: DONE. ✅ I only did 20-30 sec of each exercise. GOSHHH THESE ARE HARD !!!
16 Jan: DONE ✅ I almost completed 50 sec duration of each exercise !! (except a few) I'm happy for my improvement !
17 Jan: DONE ✅ I took very few breaks this time. Its a lil easier for me now but still not TOO easy like, effortless.
18 Jan: ❌
19 Jan:DONE ✅ I improved on the exercises a little. A tiny bit (No difference rn. But I think my thighs toned LIL bit)
20 Jan: DONE ✅ Leg circle is still hard for me
21 Jan: DONE ✅ Took really few breaks this time and only for a few seconds. Completed 1 side of leg circles without breaks and took a 10 sec break during the other one.
22 Jan: DONE ✅ Finally done with 1 week. I took just 1 break in narrow squats but I completed the video with no breaks !!!! I feel so strong !

RESULTS
Weight- 56 Kg
Today I weighed myself again and I lost 1 kg with no calorie deficit (food that I usually eat) and no video has ever helped me so much than this one !!! Her workouts

23 Jan: ✅I did another workout and not this one. For some reason, it made me feel dizzy. Lily’s workout are best for me. So I am back at this one
24 Jan: ✅ DONE. I took no breaks in between.
25 Jan: ❌ Rest day
26 Jan: ✅
27 Jan-13 Feb:❌ (busy due to events in schools, and practical exams but let’s start again !!)
14 Feb: ✅ A lil difficult
15 Feb:✅
16 Feb:✅ Just took lil breaks, not much
17 Feb:✅ Even though I had literally 0 motivation to exercise. I still did. Keep going guysss

I have stopped doing this workout. I have chosen another one !!

Final:- This workout is totally worth it. Just do it !!!
