I have to say in the last two months I have lost nearly 10kg and I ALWAYS start with this video to warm up ! I don't think people understand how much it helps that someone my size is doing this while understanding our body limitations...God bless you lady❤

I don't know why it never occurred to me to search up plus size workouts. I guess because there's some form of shame associated with being bigger in general but I appreciate anyone who decides to move their body at any stage in their life.

I gained 100lbs after having my daughter due to a number of circumstances and my body just hasn't felt like my own. But workouts like this where I can see a bigger person like myself doing the hard stuff really does make me feel like I'm not the only one who's trying their best in life right now.

So, thank you so much. My body feels better already. I appreciate that you go straight into the workout. I'll be adding this to my everyday morning routine ❤

I started pilates for the first time a little over 2 months ago. This was 1 of the first videos I stumbled upon in my journey. What inspired me to follow this video was seeing a plus size woman like me doing these amazing moves. Also, the moves were smooth and easy to follow along with. Some BEGINNER pilates videos almost seem as if they're made for Olympic athletes! 😅 This was not the case with this video. The moves were fun and doable, the music was soothing, and I still got an amazing BURN! I must also add that the short intervals, breaks, and seeing what's next, make a WORLD of difference in a workout I remember not even be able to get through this video the first 2 times I watched it!! Now I can get through the whole video twice! And still keep going. All while getting a great burn and boosting my heart rate ❤ I can't thank you enough for your great tutorial and look forward to many more!
