Do you ever feel like you just need a helping hand? Someone to lean into or a supportive hand at your back to help carry you forward?

This short 20 minute non sleep deep rest or yoga nidra experience is designed to help you feel supported, rested, and ready to take on the rest of your day. Enjoy a moment of reprieve to relax and let go of the grip of the external world. Lean into the support of the earth beneath you as you settle into your little yoga nidra nest. You can weave this practice in anytime and anywhere, whenever you feel like you need a little bit more support. Think of it like lending a hand when you need it most. To remind yourself, that all you need is already within you.

Find a comfortable supine position where you can rest. Bring in the support of pillows, blankets, an eye pillow. Settle in for a short effortless guided meditation to bring you into a light altered state of consciousness where you can rest deeply. Nothing that you need to do, nowhere that you need to be. Instead, weave in the Sankulpa or the intention, 'I am resting deeply within myself to restore my body, mind, and spirit.' By the power of repetition, you'll begin to notice the cumulative effects of a daily yoga nidra or non sleep deep rest practice start to ripple out into your life.

Emerge feeling rested, restored, grounded, and ready to step back into your day with a fresh perspective, knowing that you are supported and held.

Thanks Kristyn. This is something I use almost every day now. Creating more nidras about unconditional love, forgiveness of self, loving and allowing your authentic expression would be awesome. Definitely enjoy the background of water or binaural beats, brown or orange noises etc. Repetitive steady sounds. Thank you for creating and I appreciate the tone volume and slow pace of your nidras to give me time to focus and breathe. Feeling rushed even with meditating is something I struggle with alot. Element meditations are also a fav. Keep it up. Sending love.
