Let's slow it down with this full body yin yoga stretch, 30 min of deep relaxation. This is a meditative class - all levels welcome!

Yin yoga is a deeply relaxing practice where postures are held for 2-7 minutes, traditionally. Today we’ll be holding calming yin yoga poses for about 2 minutes each.

Longer holds allow the body to relax into the yoga pose as well as the MIND to settle into the pose. You will feel your nervous system relax and stress and a busy mind melt away as we hold these yin yoga poses.

Whether you need yoga for anxiety or a deep yin yoga stretch, this full body yin yoga class will open up your body and calm your mind. This yin yoga class is great for a beginner yoga class - or anyone wanting to feel a little more freedom in their body.

Extended puppy pose was challenging and I found my arms getting pins and needles but I did note that I was sinking deeper into the pose. Almost every pose was like this, going past the point of resistance and discomfort and finding relaxation. Every pose was intensely blissful.

I cried while doing this sesh, when doing yoga and there's posture u need to keep, ur mind is at rest and really be digging the things that hurt you yet it felt freeing. Thank u for this sesh. ❤

Beautiful practice. I love you and everyone reading this. I found some asanas were easier to ground my self, watch my breath, and enter a deep mediation. Some postures gave me a distracted mind. Looks like I still have a lot to learn about myself.

4th day of regular practice and today was suddenly harder than the rest by far. Couldn't settle in and found myself getting discouraged by how hard the poses felt compared to yesterday. Trying to take it as a reminder that this is also part of the journey.

In case anybody else following this practice feels the same, congrats for showing up even (especially?) when it's hard. Here's to getting it done anyway 🕉️🫶
