I have joined other Yen yoga practice sessions on other channels and I wasn’t crazy about them. I gave yours a try just now, and this is what I have been looking for in my yoga practice. I like your voice, the poses, your instructions, and you don’t talk the entire time. I could focus on my breath. Where as, the other instructors talk the entire time and I find it hard to focus on my breath. Thank you so much for providing this video! I will be back for more. ❤🙏
