Hi Sandy, I was diagnosed with 2 blood clots in 7 months. This is due to a syndrome called Thoracic Outlet Syndrom. I have lived in fear for this past half year, but I'm no longer doing that. I'm now trusting my body it will find a way to recover, I trust myself, to make the right choices and I trust the help I receive so lovingly. I was not able to control my thoughts and I had negative thoughts. Had panic attacks. Followed your videos and did twice or thrice a day. I'm on road to recovery. Without doctor or medications. Honest review.

Today was my first day, doing this. I wasn’t able to do it exactly how you were doing it, but I was present, I was doing what I could, and what felt good for the times that I could inhale and exhale and I felt myself purging things that no longer serve me positively.
