Self reminder: It's okay. Everything is okay. Everything will be okay. You're actually doing great. You are doing fine. Don't worry. You don't have to rush. Take baby steps. Take breaks. Don't push yourself. Even if it's just one small step it is still a step. It's okay.

Anyone else get anxiety attacks over your heart rate and then that makes your heart rate go faster making the anxiety worse?

There’s something bittersweet about seeing so many people suffering the same way I do. I am grateful to see so many comments coming together. I read them as I breathed and they helped. On the flip side, I wish nobody knew the pain I feel in my own mind and body.

Everything will be okay ❤️it's only an anxiety or panic attack. It will pass very soon. You aren't crazy, you aren't dying and you aren't going to be like this forever. It is getting closer to being done and everything will be okay. You are okay, you are breathing and that heart of yours is beating for you to be alive, you are not dying and you are not having a heart attack. Those breaths you are breathing in nourish your body with oxygen, even if they are a little faster right now. You are okay, you are here and you are getting through this and I'm so incredibly proud of you❤️🙌🏻 it is terrible that you have to deal with this but you are getting through it like a champ! Keep breathing! You are getting better! I'm so proud of you, everything is going to be okay very soon. Hang on just a little longer. ❤️🙌🏻 Give yourself a little hug, hold onto a fluffy blanket or t shirt, hug a pillow or even stretch your arms out and take a big breath and then blow out every bit of anxiety until you start to feel okay. I'm proud of you, you are doing so well❤️🙌🏻

I try to remember what my therapist told me: even when there's no clear trigger, your panic attack IS happening for a reason. It could just be that you have a lot of difficult emotions or stress built up and your body is responding to that. Trust your body. If it's starting to panic, give it air, give it water, take good care of yourself.

I thought I was the only one going through anxiety, panic attacks and heart palpitations but reading through comments I realized there are many people in the world going through same issues and somehow is really comforting.

People without anxiety don’t know how good they have it. I often find myself looking back to the times I didn’t know what an anxiety disorder was and think about how much I took it for granted.

Also, idk about anyone else but when I get anxious or get a panic attack, I get in this headspace that I’m going to be stuck like this forever. Which of course isn’t true but it prolongs my anxiety because I’m hyper focused on all of the sensations in my body and the thought of being stuck like that forever is unbearable.

Thank you for this!! I'm a 52yr old man & I've been living with horrible anxiety since my senior year in high school... I've done everything... all the meds...all the therapy...all the natural supplements... ect ect... finally I realized there is no cure, I've learned to live with it & I don't apologize for it anymore! I know what I can do & what I can't. But I've gone through a divorce in the last few years & major job stress & to top it off I've been going through medical issues & I have a scan tomorrow to rule out pancreatic cancer... I'm now having DEVASTATING ATTACKS!! Nocturnal attacks, at work attacks, at home attacks!! I live alone & it's been horrible! This video has saved me more than once!! To everyone out there with anxiety, YOU'RE NOT ALONE... NEVER GIVE UP!! I'm thinking of you all!! ❤

This feeling is temporary. You will feel better in just a bit. Just focus on the circle. Keep breathing. Relax your tense muscles. Don't forget to smile to yourself. I am proud of you. Everything is going just fine. You are well. 💗💗💗
