I usually find myself breathing a bit longer in and then out, in comparison to your guidance. Usually you're too quick for my body/lungs. Should I adapt to you or should I stick with the rhythm that I find more natural for me? Thank you :)

Some before bed routine would be nice too. Or midday :)
