Thank you! I love doing pranayama.. I have anxiety and this really helps me to calm down and for a moment also be with myself. My mind is quiet and that is something I do not experience often.

Thank you! The breath is something I struggle with. Normally, mine is very shallow and I generally feel tense. Developing an asana & meditation practice helped, but my breath remained stiff and uncomfortable. I’m grateful I found pranayama, as it’s the step I’ve been missing. Thanks for being a guide for those wishing to be happier!

I did this for the second day in a row. Loved it. You have such a beautiful presence and calming voice. So different from most utube modern day yoga trend.
