Halo Michael, Actually Richo here. Performed the pranayama as best i could one time and even 2 days later felt the benefit during morning meditation. Just now performed pranayama again with you on the video and was able to naturally keep up. I'm getting on in years. This was wonderful. I am half way through your breathwork class so I felt I understood and could do what was being asked. I still find holding maha bandha challenging. Like I will focus on the abdomen then I realize I have lost the root. I am still working at it, but grateful to call you my be teacher🙏💫
