A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. Yo, hey listen, no joke this was the first time I’ve ever had a full blown religious experience with meditation. This connected me to that primal stuff inside. I sobbed. I haven’t had an experience like this is a long time. I’ll be adding this to my daily routine, like a crown ontop of (right after) my intense exercise.

FYI this is no joke of a breathing session! Third round of breath retention and I fell off my bed without even realizing I was moving and landed right on my knee still in lotus position 😂😂😂 😅

I’ve had a really hard time trying to discover what works best for me and feeling like nothings really been working (at least for me) I found this video and thought I’d give it a try cause why not? I did this and haven’t felt anxiety for about 15-20 minutes!! I cried feeling at peace for that long. Today I did this again and that sense of peace lasted about 2 HOURS!! This will definitely be in my everyday life from now on and I thank you so much!! 🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️🕊️

I practiced this before going into a meeting, and I felt so focused and present. It was strange at first, because I've never tried spine breathing, but once I got into the rhythm everything just flowed into place. Thanks again for a wonderful experience~

I've been doing breathwork foe years. But from the time I discovered this, it's my every morning ritual!!! It's just a perfect mix for me, for my spine excercise, my heart opening, and kundalini energy opening. Just perfect!! I'm fully grateful for this!!!❤
