Read the description first 👇 We have been practicing, studying and teaching breathwork for many years and this form in particular is one that is very powerful and will enable you to break through into a different layer of consciousness where you can release stress, let go of anxiety and fear and move towards more happiness, peace and love. We studied breathwork at the root in the himalayan mountains in India.

The increase of oxygen will result in higher ph levels in your body which will make the immune system, cardiovascular system and others function better. It also releases your 'happy' hormones and will often leave you feel euphoric.

This breathwork if done regularly is proven to boost your immune system. The caves of the monks centuries ago were not that warm, so they developed these tools to create internal heat. What else would you want besides a strong healthy body and a happy mind and open heart? This is essentially a combination of bhastrika pranayama, tummo breathing and kumbhaka. This breathwork practice is very old and has been practiced by yogis, monks, shamans and healers alike for hundreds if not thousands of years. The techniques have gained popularity in the past several years because of yoga teachers in the west as well as the wim hof method. There are no new techniques being taught from neither of these groups but instead they're all shining light on ancient techniques from yoga and buddhism with kind and loving intention.

If breathing in and out through the mouth does not work for you currently, you can also breathe through the nose. The breath count can vary and be adjusted to your preference. A general orientation is 25-35 breaths, which works well for most people. You can of course do more or less than that. In fact in the healing practice of holotropic breathwork based on Stanislav Grof, this breath pattern is being done for up to 10-20 minutes without a break. We do not recommend that you do this without professional guidance, but instead contact a trained holotropic breathwork guide.

In the functional anatomy systems (FRC and Kinstretch) this breathing exercise is known as a variation of the maximal expansive breathing technique and is training the diaphragm to function better which will result in better breathing patterns.

Get comfortable and let's do this together. We recommend doing this exercise sitting or laying down when you're in a safe place. Don't do this one in the shower, in a pool or bathtub or while operating any kind of vehicle. All the sensations that are coming up are usually part of it. Stay with the breath and follow the instructions as good as you can, but modify if you feel there is a better working way for you. We recommend consulting a doctor first before doing this kind of breathing exercise.

Don't do this breathwork if you're pregnant or have epilepsy! See a medical professional if you fall under this category.

I commented 30 days ago. I have done this every morning now since then and I have noticed a huge change in my breathing throughout the day. This has been so helpful and I can't imagine not having this exercise to ground me. Thank you again for guiding me through this. 🧘‍♀️🌬

When I started to watch the video I felt so emotional suddenly. I thought about what a great example of intelligent human beings you guys are. Sharing these methods, for anyone to see. For anyone who's feeling unwell to get better. For anyone to release stress. For anyone to transform the mind's chaos into peace. For anyone to sit still. For anyone to eliminate negative thoughts. For anyone to stop paying attention to imaginary limitations. I am so grateful. Bless

It was until the Covid-19 pandemic that I finally explored Yoga and Meditation as part of my daily routines. It has become an important part of staying calm and focused. Peace love and respect!

I was feeling like my emotions were stuck for the past few weeks and my usual wellness practice wasn't getting me through. This helped so much. After the third repetition I felt all the sadness and anger flow through me. I wept through the whole end meditation. I feel a little lighter. I will add this to my daily routine. Thank you for sharing. <3

This is so nice, I haven't given myself this kind of attention in a long time. I did it lying next to my dog and afterwards she was also fully relaxed and wanted me to give her some of the energy, so lovely 💞

Four months. Doing this everyday now. I can feel the air expanding and softening the lower belly/ pelvis area.
I can even connect with my lower back and lower abs muscles better which was previously not possible.
Also observed that my singing voice is has a bit more power now when I practice.
Holds are becoming more comfortable day by day. And it’s always liberating to step away from my personal story to simply just be.

i work in an animal shelter and it is very emotionally draining, as well as deeply rewarding, i find myself practicing mindfulness daily with the dogs i spend time with because animals themselves are very mindful creatures, but on days and in moments where i feel overwhelmed i remember this breathing pattern and it honestly helps me so much. even when i do behavioural training with dogs who are so afraid and have been so abused, i sit with them and breathe and i swear when they look me in the eyes they begin to calm down, too. thank you so much for this, i'm so grateful i found your channel and i hope you know the practices you share are so valuable x

Namaste. ❤ Even The Pleiadians in Bringers of The Dawn, Teachings from The Pleiadians, say we need more oxygen throughout our bodies to restructure our 12 helix DNA and the 7 chakras in the body and 5 outside the body. "YOU are here to be an inspiration." Sending love. I'm so grateful to have found your channel. Like attracts like. I love practicing this breathe work every morning. I wear a mask at work and I feel this brings me mental clarity, emotional stability, sovereignty and inner peace. I'm a gentle and restorative yoga teacher myself and I honestly don't know where I'd be without a practice. Thank you!! Namaste. Just be...calm...

Thank you! You are the best teachers, I've now been practicing this pranayama technique every morning for the past 6 days and it feels amazing. I enter the day with a lot more peace and trust. My anxiety levels over the day have really decreased, I feel more connected to my breath as well throughout the day. Thank you and lots of love to you
