Yup, the lower right back feels often tight, balance is shifted to the right side, left ankle hurts in dorsiflexion, left knee caves in, the upper back of the hip on the left feels a stretch in these exercises, the left hamstring is always getting more beaten up in hip hinge. I'd say full list of things mentioned in this video. The only thing I can't figure out is how to change it. Been doing things like this for a couple of years now. The dorsiflexion pain eased up from learning to access pronation on the left better and focusing on opening up the knee in squat. But the hip just stays tilted and the left knee is always fully locked when it hits the ground. There's always a minor hip shift to the right in squat leading to the left knee tracking off and right knee not opening up as much (even though it has easier range), and the right side glute is noticeably weaker in side plank.

Thank you, Connor nah, know what's wrong with me? I don't have enough space, i can't rotate from side to side in my lower. Hip area i'm 5 feet, 3 inches big belly waistline forty inches, no wonder I can't rotate my pelvis 😅

The reason my hips aren't equal is I have scoliosis; they tell me 37 degrees. Ouch.

This could be my issue but it feels more like my right hip is stuck back and the left is more forward with some right thoracic twist and elevated left shoulder. I’ll try this and see if it works for me.
