I lost about 45lbs in 2 months just sitting on the couch. Ate a bowl of oats with bananas and blueberries in the morning and once at night. Also had a couple of hard boiled eggs here and there. It’s tough to do. You just have to hate looking in the mirror.

My Doctor told me that losing weight is very easy.
Two steps:
1. Do more.
2. Eat less.

189.6 this morning, so I lost 5lbs this week. My BMI is 25. I hit a high of 258 in mid-December, and I'm thinking 185 is good place to land.

I had a special draw elk tag last season. Hiked over 200 miles.. I couldn't believe what I could eat while hiking every day haha. Exercise works

Wow hell McDonald’s is about 1000 calories I think yea. I just googled, lol., I can’t imagine just eating 1000 cal a day or under in your circumstances,
