I love how he actually gets to the point in all his videos, not just in the reels. I hate super long introductions

November 29th 2024 - 208 lb
January 4th 2025- 173 lb
What helped me is skipping breakfast, eating my first meal around 1-3pm. Which I keep under 500 Calories, then do some cardio and light lifting at the gym. I then eat my last meal around 7-8pm which I also keep under 500 calories. Today was a bit lower, but I’m used to it. Had 2 Eggs (190 Cal) One hot dog no bun (120 cal) and a Diet Pepsi. Then for dinner I had a keto burger. Buns (50 cal) 90% lean ground beef (200 cal) Colby Cheese (70 cal) and a sugar and low fat free ranch (15 cal) . Then a little snack which was a crunch bar (90 cal)

Update: 176.4 . Talked to a lot of people on Calorie deficits and they said I’m eating way to little and I’m losing more muscle mass then fat. I started eating 600-700 per meal now with more protein such as tuna, ground beef, chicken and steaks. Then Greek yogurt and oats every morning as well. It’s made the gym sessions was better and don’t feel like I’m gonna pass out after mile 4 with a bit of jogging. Cheers . Another update in 2 weeks.

January 13th 2025- Weight is still at 176. I feel stronger since I’m able to do more pushups and lift a bit more longer. Eating more protein and less calories . I was aiming for weight loss, but I think building muscle and losing fat is the way to go. Eating around 1500-1700 calories a day makes me feel a lot better and not on edge. My goal is to hit 170 while maintaining muscle mass. I still have fat around my stomach and arms, but not as much.
January 15th- 172.2Lbs
January 21st 2025 - 170Lbs . I finally hit my goal, I can say everything about this journey was 100% worth it. I always tried and tried with diets, fasting and even weight loss supplements and never stuck to it because I never seen results right away or after a few days. I know it’s best to weigh yourself every morning. But the first week I didn’t weigh myself and was so happy when I seen I was down 3-4 lbs when I finally did. I still have a bit of fat around my arms I’m trying to work on also on my chest, but definitely seen it slim down. I can finally fit in Medium Shirts and jackets. Although my goal was 170, new goal is 165 just to lose the fat around my arms and chest. Trust me when I say it gets easier and easier and almost feels normal being on a deficit. Oh yeah I always had a diet or zero sugar soda every other day or zero sugar juices. Cheers everybody. Thank you if you’ve read all this 🙏

Skipping breakfast and only having 2 meals (one 75%, the other 25% of my daily calories) is really helpful.

Diet Coke won't kill me but the taste will though :'D

Almost 25lbs lost since November. Slowly but surely. I wasn't big, but I knew if I didn't change my relationship with food that it would get worse. Better to start now than in 5 years when I'm at 200lbs. Glad I found your channel, I need to keep going till I hit 125lbs (I'm 5'3 lmao) and new tips are always welcome.

You mentioned that you’d list high protein snacks. I don’t see the list. Did I just miss it?
I IF & always break my fast with veggies and hummus. That has helped me tremendously.

I dropped 20 lbs. just by cutting out junk food. Next is joining the gym to tone up a bit. Eric, you inspired me. Thanks, man!

I had exactly 20 lbs to lose and I’ve been exercising consistently for about a month now and slowly bettering my eating habits, but I’m going to implement these too

Bro, it’s OK if you start when you start just drink a bottle of water and not starve before eating you have to drink water like they know that so thank you for helping with some changes
