I have trouble sleeping. Yoga Nidra meditation helps to put me to sleep. Sometimes though I have to do more than one Yoga Nidra practice to accomplish this. A lot of my students on Veterans Yoga Project also have issues with sleep and chronic pain. They enjoy getting these recordings to play in the middle of the night to get back to sleep. I hope this is beneficial to you too.

Benefits of Yoga Nidra.

Great for Beginners learning to meditate. Great for those of us needing guided rest for better sleep, easing of pain, and more.

So just to provide a little bit of context, a little bit of predictability.
Our Yoga Nidra or our Guided Rest Practice is a form of guided meditation,
but there is nothing for you to do, except to listen and follow the guidance of my voice.
