Begin your day with some positive affirmations to get clear and focused.

Hey yogis, today I'll take you through a very simple meditation for positivity, clarity and peace of mind. This meditation is ideal to do in the morning to help you set the tone for the day ahead. We'll use affirmations in this meditation, all you need to do is listen to them and internally repeat them back to yourself. You can do this seated or lying down, whatever feels the best to you.

Here are the affirmations used:
I am calm and centered
I am in love with life
I easily handle whatever comes my way
I have all the answers within me
I am a money magnet
I love every cell of my body
I am at peace with life
I am filled with creative energy
I appreciate those closest to me
All is well and I am safe
I am a magnet for miracles
I am productive and prosperous
I allow myself to play and be silly
My creative potential is endless
I am grateful for all that I receive
My healing is already in process
I allow abundance into my life
Joy is my birthright
I deserve to be loved and respected
I am unique and it is my greatest strength
I am a vessel a love
I am healthy, happy and radiant
Life supports me in every way
I celebrate my inner and outer beauty
I choose kindness and compassion

The more I give the more I receive

Wow... I’m a nurse, which comes with a lot of added stress these days. Even on my days off, I feel the weight of the world heavy around me. Even on my days off, I can’t seem to let go of the stress I’m feeling at work. We’ve been hit hard by Covid-19. Today, I did day 1 of your 30 day yoga and meditation. I wasn’t a subscriber, just someone looking for some quick exercise. I can honestly say I haven’t felt this calm in weeks. I feel renewed, less tired somehow, and a sense of inner peace that I haven’t felt in a very long time. Tommorow, I’m looking forward to waking up a little earlier to do day 2 of this practice. Thank you, you have earned a subscriber and a fan.

“I am calm and centered”. Perfect affirmation for me! I’m a Kindergarten teacher and I am coming to the end of the school year. The end of the school year is always like a tornado. I am going to write this affirmation on a post-it and place it on my desk so that I can remind myself through out the day. No tornado today. I’ll be weathering the storm!

Anyone else just start crying at the start of this? I have had a tough year (as I'm sure a lot of you as well) I need to do more of these meditations. Hope everyone is well!

Hi kassandra..I am new to this..53 yrs young..have always taken care of my body and recently started your 30 day challenge..I'm now on the 2nd round of your challenge..up to day 15 again! I absolutely love it. Wakes me up..gets my body moving plus I have noticed how much more flexible I am and not so many body aches..I love the calmness and the affirmations. Thank you for making these videos available..this is now part if my everyday routine .. much love from nz ❤️

Kassandra! I found you through my fabulous sister-in-law Lydia. I asked her why she looked so radiant and seemed so calm. She then told me about how doing your #goodmorning 10 minute morning/evening yoga changed her life. I have been going to yoga classes for years, but when Covid hit, and classes were canceled my yoga practice stopped too. I can not tell you how great I feel after only five days. Your 5 minute guided meditation after the morning session is the perfect start to beginning my day in a mindful, peaceful and loving manner.
