I'm 34weeks and have been doing your workouts since 4months pregnant. They've really helped me out. Especially with sciatic pain which I had in my first pregnancy. With these workouts they've prevented immense pain from occuring. Thank you

I keep coming back to this workout regularly. Love the flow. I recently experimented by following another channel's workout for lower body, and threw my back out for 3-4 days. I strongly recommend Jessica's channel for home workouts during pregnancy, as it is paced perfectly!

Wonderful video and channel. Thanks, Jessica! I discovered your channel a couple of months ago, tried to exercise as regularly as possible and my hip pain started to improve massively! I just missed about 5 days of exercising and my lower back started twitching badly. Two days back to Jessica's videos and it is getting soooo much better! Thanks for all your support, Jessica! I needed this video today! 33+1. Baby was transverse so I did a couple of your "how to turn a breech baby" videos and now he is head down my pelvis and back are aching. I've been doing your videos since my first trimester and i don't know how i would have coped without you! I do your yoga videos every night before bed and i have been sleeping so well! My last pregnancy i did a lot less exercise and yoga as I couldn't find any videls that kept me interested and were also challenging. I put on a lot more weight than I have so far. I'm looking forward to trying your postnatal workouts in a couple of months time. Thank you!

I am 30 weeks pregnant with my 5th and your workouts have made a night and day difference with my sciatica pain. I go to a chiropractor and that helps temporarily but stretching regularly has been a game changer. Thank you!

This was just wonderful! I'm actually 10 months postpartum but I still do your yoga videos whenever I can, and even though this one is prenatal, it's helped relax my back after some gardening (and carrying around a heavy boy ☺️).

I love doing these lovely slow yoga workouts every second day, on the days in between doing Jessica's more intensive workouts. It feels so good and comforting to stretch out the muscles that have been doing the hard work the day before. So great, thank you Jessica! I wish I'd had your videos in my first 2 pregnancies! ❤️

38.5 weeks and dealing with sciatic pain that is hindering my walking. It’s normally relieved, but it’s so nice to have movement I was able to do with running into the pain. Thank you!

Oh my! I just did it at the morning and this is the longest sitting without pain for days! I have Piriformis-syndrome, in my 25 weeks, and top on that I was at a 2-days conference 2 weeks ago, with horrible chairs! Since then I couldn't sit or lay, or anything without pain. And I need to sit for work. I visit physiotherapist, but I think this workout helped me A LOT in a short time. I love your pregnancy yoga videos, and thank you especially for this one!
