It’s amazing how important water is to our bodies. I’d like to share that my aunt who is in her mid 80’s complained of occasional heart palpitations to her cardiologist and he responded that she was dehydrated and needed to drink more water! What? Water affects the heart too?! I’m a believer. Thanks for the science info behind water 💦

I felt like upping my water intake helped me lose weight. But it was because I started sleeping better and had more energy to live healthfully. My body really started feeling like it was running better when I started drinking enough water.

Yup, I live in Australia and drink about one and a half gallons of water a day. I swear I sweat double that though!

I get so thirsty that I drink over 100 ounces just at night and about 200 ounces during the day. I've been doing this ever since I started getting really thirsty all the time after a concussion I had about 15 years ago.

No one is talking about this. Thank you! I believe too much water breaks down the acid level of your gut so the amount of nutrients absorbed is less. Perhaps. Just a thought.
