1 litre every 4 hours 😮 depends what you are doing i can drink 1 litre in an hour at the gym if not more.. But 3-5 litres a day will do you good

Before i drink lot of water everyday because i think more water can hydrate myself but no i felt always fatigue and weak and shortness of breath. But i watched a video saying too much water is not good. So now i drink less water and more fruits and other drinks like fresh fruit juice and i feel better.

Man my water consumption is inconsistent. I’ll drink 2-3 litres at work but then on weekends I’ll forget to drink water next thing you know it’s Sunday night and I’m wondering why my head hurts so bad

Excluding water you get from food, pbly comes to a 2L bottle of water on avg per day. Might need more if you are planning on maintaining above average muscle mass at healthy levels I think.

I usually have 2 small cups of coffee when I wake up to help me shit. Once that is complete I'll proceed to drink 1.5 litres of water to flush my entire system. Then I'll go to work. The 8 cups of water intake is NOT ENOUGH. Double that which is around 1 gallon per day. It does wonders for you health and your skin.

I learned about this as a young teen. And have made sure the best I can that I’ve always drank one tall cup of water each hour. Because a tall cup, a cup that is simply 8 inches tall is about 8oz of water or more and hour.💖

8oz is a little less than a cup of water.

A cup of hydrating fluids an hour for the first ten (10) hours of your day on AVERAGE.

Therefore it will depend on your individual needs and environment (incl. resources)

What is the ideal manner of drinking to optimize cellular hydrating? Sip over time or guzzle? When I chug large amount of water it seems to pass right thru me. Not sure if that's a waste or not.

Other researches say that is not true and the body signals when it needs water so I only drink when I am thirsty

Thank you, I was struggling with how to space out my drinking of water. I would chug two cups of water every three hours and felt AWFUL... I think it was because i was flushing the heck out of my sodium and just felt terrible every time. But now I'm only drinking 8 oz of water every hour and basically taking a sip every 10 minutes. I feel much better. Thank you.

Just go on Amazon and buy a 1 gallon bottle. The one that I’ve bought shows you exactly when to drink which is every 2 hours from 7 am to 9pm. I’ve set an alarm on my phone not to miss my water intake. 2 months in. 10 more to go

You should drink 324ml of water for every 10 kg of bodyweight throughout the day.
So if you're 100 kgs, you should drink 3.24 L of water.

Why not drink 32 oz cup of water three times a day that should be enough to clean out your body and hydrate your body
