So, basically, whenever I’m thirsty I should select water instead of other beverages! Whenever I’m thirsty I should just drink water. I can have other beverages recreationally! ☺️

Wow…this is the exact confirmation I require in this very moment. I haven’t been conscious enough about my water consumption lately, and have lost a ton of weight that I didn’t need to lose…well received.

I am 5' 10 weigh 165 lbs and I drink 3 litres of water a day . It works well for me considering that I live in a tropical climate with very high levels of humidity.

I’m currently fighting a uti following a cystoscopy. I’m over hydrated now. It’s really uncomfortable, and causing nausea. I don’t recommend drinking just because you think you should be.

When I started drinking a bottle of water daily, I noticed that my saliva was becoming less thick and my acne was starting to tame itself. I’m 16 years old and weigh about 95lbs so I think the benefits maybe amplified.
