It is very important to drink water. A lot of people think that drinking more water is very healthy and some people drink excess of water with no time gap. Drinking excess water is not a good thing for kidney for its operation.
Ideally you take 2-3 liters of water. If you are active and running around probably you may increase up to one liter and also do not hike water intake at once. Slowly increase water intake i.e, 1/2liter a week. If you are not hike water intake at once.Slowly increase water intake i.e, 1/2liter a week.If you are a moderately active person 3.5-4 liters of water is sufficient to body.
Taking 1/2 liter or 1 liter at a time not healthy,because it reduces healthy bacteria and another important thing is do not drink too much of water during meals.
