I think skin pinch test doesn't work for young people. I feel dehydrated most of the time, but my skin reverses back less than 1 sec.

Thank you. Agree. Dr. Huberman, a Stanford neuroscientist, suggests 8 ounces every hour for the first 10 hours of one's day. I'm astounded at how much better I feel staying hydrated. Heed the advice of this young physician. Drink water and....quit alcohol!

Actually drinking when thirsty is super effective but it differs from place to place and seasonal variations are there. But try to incorporate around 2-3L of water a day

I drink 1 glass of water in a day. Skin test is normal. I am not sure why there are videos asking to drink 8 glasses. I don't drink tea / coffe / cold drink. I have 1 glass of milk.

True...8 glasses per day is good nevertheless, studies were conducted in the 1940s. Nowadays, many health experts also advise drinking when you are thirsty as well. The reason is, that consuming water does not mean replacing electrolytes, in fact dilutes quite an amount of sodium. You may drink 8 glasses of water per day yet do it intermittently, reducing its frequency (Dr Eric Berg)...Let's keep ourselves healthy!

Thanks for the information but what we have been hearing since our childhood is that we should consume at least 3-4 litres of water per day. Let me know if I am missing anything. Also it very much depends on the colour of your urine

But the elasticity of a skin is mainly due to the presence of collagen which tends to decrease with age. Even u shown skin from different age group.

Drinking more water doesn't necessarily mean being more hydrated. You also need salt/magnesium so that cells absorb the water.

I heard to drink half your body weight in ounces. And if your pee is clear drink less if it looks the color of yellow beer drink more (water🥴)and if it’s a light lemonade color your ok. It’s important and glad it gets talked about for our health🙂I’m open to learning more👍
