I've heard of the 8x8 rule, but I've also heard "drink when you're thirsty." Along with that, I've discovered sometimes when I crave sweet drinks or cold desert, all my body really wants is water for some reason. It's best to experiment, listen to what your body is trying to tell you, and figure out what makes your body feel happy -- and most importantly energized.

I sometimes drink water 💧. I haven’t really liked the taste of some waters. I think that I found one that I like. It comes in a liter size. So how many of those do I have to drink?
