Dr. Dear one
After two years of species appropriate eating, l was able to go for longer periods of time without eating quite naturally.
The most difficult thing for me was to believe that l didn't need fruits and vegetables. It took about a year to trust. Avocados and squashes were the last to go.
I fine tuned by using Bleu cheese as a seasoning and baking the grass fed beef/liver/heart blend in bacon topped off with 5-6 pasture raised egg yolks.
I get minerals from a variety of salts and a mineral water from Lithia Springs in GG Georgia.
Of course, bone 🦴 broth in winter
I save money, shopping is a breeze. Cooking is effortless and my fasting days come often and naturally.
You are SO right on.
At first l was alarmed by the infrequency of my bowel movements. Now l understand that they are so small because l am using so much of what l eat.
This is fantastic and your postings are SO encouraging.
Thank you

Do I still need to hit a certain calorie marker on OMAD? I find it hard to eat 1800+ calories in one sitting sometimes.

Will people get into a fat burning state by consistently doing a 16/8 fast?
