I love that you don’t talk much during the sets, you explain how to do the next bit and then it’s just the music. I have always found it difficult to find workout videos I like because I HATE when trainers are just yapping and saying motivational stuff the whole time while you’re working out. (I know I may be in the minority with that opinion). You have the best balance of speaking and just letting us get on with it and listen to the music! Thank you!

I love you so much Mikayla! Ive been doing your workouts 3-5 times a week for a year now. Really good workout; loved the warm up and cool down. At 73 I can 't always keep up with you but most of the time I can or I do your modified versions which are very helpful. I use your dumbbell videos and your aerobic ones and you are very motivating. Thank you.

This is my favorite style of workout from you! Warm up, Intense but with modifications, and Cool down all in under 25 minutes makes working out super easy to fit into the schedule as a Busy Mom of 4❤

Thank you for these workouts! They are well-paced, challenging, and the modifications and advice on form is so helpful. As a former dancer with knee and hip issues, never thought I'd be able to jump or lunge--but through these workouts, I've gained enough strength, stamina and alignment that I can without pain. I love you and your energy!! You make working out so much fun 🫶🏼 it’s so refreshing to see someone who is genuinely interested in showing us tips and tricks and how to make an exercise more effective without screaming at us 😂 love the dancing background as well!! I have been doing the April plan and for the first time I’ve been able to follow one!

One question: could you film a what I eat in a day or maybe a meal prep video for us? Still struggling a bit with nutrition and would love to see your take on that!

Thanks for all the great workouts! My husband and I have been doing the upper body workouts with weights together to motivate each other, and I also do some of your short HIIT workouts (love the lower-impact options).

This was really well paced! I didn’t take breaks like in some other workouts. I made it all the way through and I still had the intensity and even sweated more than other HIIT workouts I’ve done! This was awesome. Thank you

I'd been unwell for a couple of weeks and feeling sorry for myself as I couldn't work out. Today I feel well enough and it was euphoric doing your workout. I feel so much better and more positive.
