Thanks so much .. yesterday i cried bcs i have grown out of shape i have cholesterol bp and uterine artery resistance which means less supply of blood to uterus ..i m unable to conceive ..but u drobe all my depression off... Thanks many from the bottom of my heart

Hi Imi, I do about an hour of exercise per day with your videos. I dan do them in the office, at home, during lunch breaks or in the morning or evening. Thank you so very much, you are my inspiration and I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am to have found your channel. My body is starting to feel completely different and my sleeping has improved as well. I will keep you posted on the weight loss and toning of my body. You are amazing!!!

I am 66, totally unfit (but I used to be really good at yoga when younger) and I managed to get through the whole exercise and not give up. Just the right amount of movement, exhaustion and feel good. Was fun and I do it again tomorrow, maybe I loose my fat and feel fitter. Thank you, you are now my favourite fitness instructor.

Thank you Imi, my mother is around 50+ she's preparing for meno pause and your exercise helps a lot, I need to lose weight for a special event in December, and I lose 2 kilos already... it's easier for us to keep up since the movement is not hard and not that fast... looking forward to doing more of your exercise... thank you for the additional info as well, you have very good videos about health and wellness.. I discovered you by chance. I am 46 and quite in shape but trying to keep it so. Your sessions don't seem hard but very fullfilling and I feel my tonus getting better in 3 days. I don't like doing every day the same exercises so I choose 2-3 different every day
