Great workout! I especially loved the goblet squat to thrust. I used a 5lb dumbell throughout the workout and I definitely got a little sweat 😅going. Thank you Coach Greg!

Yes! That was a challenge and yet felt real good! I alternated between using 1 or 2 5lb dumbells. Yep, just 1 for those twists! Thanks again coach! I love what you're putting out here!

I love the challenege to use light wieghts. (Also, shown how to do exercise without it too.) This helps me push myself and improve.
