I'm not even gonna lie, I cried when I finished cuz I truly did not want to workout today but I did it. And I finished it. And I'm so proud of myself. Thank you jo, you're genuinely my favorite fitness youtuber

i m just a teenager reading at 10th
i tried it cuz of my overweight, many of ppls made fun of me so i tried this in lockdown
and i was 67.8kg and i did this 10 days thoroughly and i loosed 15.7kg
now i have a right ans to those who made fun of me

I never imagined that out of all your workouts, this is the one that is impossible for me. I've done a lot of your walking workouts and dance workouts and yeah they were hard as hell but I could still do them. this one however was impossible, I could only do a few moves. When you're majorly overweight it's really hard to do a lot of these exercises. But in saying that, I'm really glad the lazy one is impossible for me and not the normal workouts being impossible. I've never been consistent with working out but with grow with jo, she's gotten me to be super excited to work out, willing to do it even when I feel shit, and overall just not dreading it. so thank you

Started my period yesterday. DID NOT FEEL LIKE WORKING OUT ! My flow is too heavy for the period workout so I gave this one a try and I actually really enjoyed it. Then followed up with one of your 5 mins stretch videos. Thanks love

Girl I did this yesterday, it was hard and now my lower belly is SO SORE. This was exactly the type of workout I like. Quick, effective and makes me feel the muscles I have to work on. 10/10!! Perfect for someone who doesn't like working out but when they do they have to feel the burn 🥰

starting this at 200 pounds. Hoping to get down to 130-140IBS. I did the first 5 min without taking a break. I am so out of shape but im ready to take my body back!
edit: just finished for the first time. I feel like passing out and throwing up. I know this will get much easier

Been doing your workouts religiously for months and have felt amazing. Best I've ever felt. I've been having some health problems since the fall and haven't been able to walk a lot. Being tested for ms. On good days I miss your workouts but I know I physically can't do them so was so happy I found this one! Felt so good being able to workout with out standing. Hoping there are more of these type of videos ❤
