Morning mai khali pet seasonal fruits khae, lunch mai pahile salad finish Kare or fir lunch Kare, khane ke 1 .30 hour baad hi paani piye or dinner before 7 pm .after sunset pancreas on sleeping mode. 16 hours fasting.
mera 5 months mai 13 kg wright kam hua, sugar, maida, refined oil, tata salt, dairy products, non veg. stopped
No disease. you can use dhaga misri & desi kala gud, rock salt, cold press mustard & peanut oil

Very Simple formula for weight loss:
Calories intake < calories expenditure
Now manage this however you want. Initially start with 400-500 Cal deficit. Easy 10% to 20% of weight loss. You might reach plateau in 5-6 months but I don’t think a normal (non-athlete) person would even go till that extent
