I definetely see some good/promising results (age 44, female, completed the 5th day). Thanks Roberta ;-) P.S. You also need some cardio workouts and all healthy food/drink choices (no sugar, no proccessed food, no wheat-flour products. But yes to good fat - such as virgin olive oil).
