I just wanted to say thank you! I'm 59 and I've been doing your workouts for about 6 years and what a difference it has made! Even when I had an accident and hurt my shoulder and back I just did stretches for almost a year then started back on the beginner and now I feel better then when I was in my 20's and 30's! I also pray and receive and listen to healing from the Word of God but your workouts have helped me regain strength and energy and even my balance. 💕🔥

Thanks Lucy for your fab work out I have been feeling lazy for a week because of my Achilles inflammation and bad pain. I forced my self today. Your true inspiration and fun to work with.. beautiful person inside and outside. Your wonderful inspiration for us. Tcxx luv you.I have been doing the work out for 3 years. I lost 12 kg. I need to loose more if I can hit 65. I am 68 I lost 1 stone gain it back I have been dieting and eating healthy but I can’t loose it because of my health problem. Please suggest how do loose more. Hi Lucy, I completed the 7 day challenge today and must say had to stop 1/2 way through to catch my breath and a drink of water. Seems like I just got the hang of all the moves properly after 7 days. I will continue for another 7 days, why not do it while I still can. Lol!! Thanks for motivating me, love your workouts.

Gosh this was a hard workout to do, first day today but maybe harder because I did it after 3 of your workout challenges already Lucy. I must continue the momentum and reach for gold, thank you!! I am by the way pouring in sweat
