This is a 7 day challenge to help you lose weight and stomach fat--7 days of fat-burning fun! For 12 minutes daily, do this exercise without missing a single day, not even weekends so you can actually see the result after one week.

3months before my weight was 72kgand my waist 100cm then I started diet and zumba and also this workout .today my weight is 62 kg and my waist size is 91cm that is 35 inches.thanks alot . still am continuing my goal is 54 kg.i will back after 3months with 54 kg plz give ur likes for motivation

And I have seen so many changes on my waist area . But I have to continue this exercise for more days because I have so much to lose .

I was actually sold on this video! I will try this out starting tonight! My current measurements are Waist: 32 inches and Hips:44 inches. I will keep you all updated on the progress 🙏

This is one of the best exercises trust me!! I did this for a month or so in the beginning of covid n i could clearly see the results before this my waist was 26" now its already 24 "before this my waist was in rectangular shape but now i feel like its in hourglass shape definitely this workout has helped me a lot to me tht hourglass shape so i totally recommend dis one👍
